We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

Tracking information is subject to change due to weather or other factors out of our control. If your order is 2 or mare days behind the delivery date please email hello@birchrobot.com for help. We‘ll make sure your order reaches you.

Once your item ships it generally takes anywhere from 1-5 business days within the United States.

We ship all over the world including Canada, Latin America, UK, Europe, Australia, and many more.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States. Return your order to us within 90 days and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order please contact us right away. We will make it right! If it is past 90 days and the product is in its original condition we will only be able to offer store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for orders past 90 days.

We make our clocks in Riverside, California with U.S. and global parts.

No, our clocks are completely silent.

Our clocks are made from Baltic birch plywood that is ethically sourced and printed with water based ink that is non-toxic.

Aside from connecting the pendulum to the clock and inserting a AA battery there's nothing else to assemble.

If our clocks fail to live up to your standards, you may return them at any time for a replacement - no questions asked!
